Consent to use data

PHPVMSGEN Data Usage Terms (v1.0)

Last updated: 23 September 2025

Participants using PHPVMSGEN submit structured selections via form inputs. These selections are processed into reference tables and CSV outputs to support virtual airline logic generation, module configuration, and contributor workflows.

Personal data is also collected to:
  • Create a participant-linked user account within PHPVMSGEN
  • Enable secure access to downloadable CSV outputs
  • Facilitate participant-led data removal and consent management

We collect only the data explicitly submitted through the form, which may include:
  • Virtual airline name
  • 3-character airline code (e.g., ICAO or custom identifier)
  • Contact information (e.g., name, email)
  • Password (used solely for account creation and access control)
  • Consent status and timestamp
No pilot IDs, financial data, biometric data, or sensitive health information are collected.

Your data is:
  • Used solely for generating CSV outputs and managing your PHPVMSGEN account
  • Never shared with third parties
  • Never used for marketing, profiling, or advertising
  • Stored securely and processed in accordance with GDPR principles

Submitted data is retained only for as long as the participant actively uses the PHPVMSGEN service. This includes:
  • Accessing CSV outputs
  • Managing virtual airline configurations
  • Participating in logic generation workflows
Participants may delete their account and all associated data at any time using the built-in self-removal interface. Once removed, no residual data is retained, and no backups are stored beyond rollback-safe audit logs (which are anonymized and timestamped).

We implement:
  • RSFirewall hardening (100%)
  • Google Safe Browsing API integration
  • Backend validation and rollback-safe scripting
  • IP hashing for audit logs (no raw IP storage)
  • Password encryption and secure access protocols

PHPVMSGEN is built on participant-first principles:
  • Every form version is tagged and changelogged
  • Consent logic is modular and version-controlled
  • Governance proposals are published for community review

To request data access, deletion, or policy clarification, please contact the PHPVMSGEN administrator via the Contact Form or email listed in the site footer.
